Pricing FAQ

Do your prices include breakfast, or are you going to surprise me at checkout?

Coastal Getaway includes breakfast one morning (your call when). Island Luxe? Every single morning. Crown Experience—your chef decides breakfast happens. And we mean it. No hidden resort fees either. What we quote is what you pay.

What if I need to cancel or something comes up?

Book with us 45+ days out and you've got flexibility. Cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival, no penalty. Closer than that? You'll lose 50% of your deposit. Three days before? Yeah, that's a full charge. We're fair about it, but we've got staff counting on you.

Are there any months when rates drop, or is it always this price?

September through early November—we call it our Golden Quiet Season—prices drop about 31%. Spring's pricey. Summer's packed. September? That's when locals know to book. October's our favorite month. Fewer crowds, perfect weather, and you're not paying peak rates.

Can I upgrade mid-stay if I'm loving it here?

Absolutely. Come in as Coastal, fall in love, want the suite for your last three nights? We'll work with you. Availability depending, of course. Just call your concierge. It happens more than you'd think.
